Lauren’s signature buttercreams come in flavors like vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, blueberry, coffee, and espresso, with seasonal specialties such as blueberry creams made from locally sourced berries and maple pralines crafted for Maple Days celebrations. She also creates honey pecan nougat and is developing a line of gummy candies whimsically named “Creekside Creatures” .

When Lauren is occupied with her duties at the Parks and Recreation Department, her daughter Kristen manages the shop, often accompanied by Lauren’s granddaughter Sadie, who adds a touch of charm to the customer experience.
